As a Beach Park resident for 20 years, I have watched the neighborhood transform. Especially in the last 5 years or so, there has been a true overhaul of classic Beach Park estates being torn down and replaced with dreamy new custom homes. One thing has not changed – the sense of community, the security, and the elegance of the neighborhood. Located in the heart of everything, Beach Park is situated west of Lois – extending all the way to the water & with boundaries from the north at Azeele and the south at Beachway Dr. right off of Westshore and Lois, extending all the way to the water.
